Shipping & Returns
Each RHEVE piece is made to order, with careful attention to its creation and preparation. Delivery within Pakistan is completed within 7 days. A flat shipping fee of PKR 350 applies, with complimentary delivery on orders above PKR 22,000. International shipping charges are shown at checkout.
Payment is available by cash on delivery or online payment.
Exchanges
We invite you to request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Each order is eligible for one exchange. To ensure the integrity of every piece, items must be returned unused, unwashed and unmodified, with all original tags intact. Once your request is approved, our team will share the return address and guide you through the process. Items purchased on sale are not eligible for exchange.
